Terms of order - Purchase

Availability – Purchases
The offer of particular product lines at set prices is valid for as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last. Occasionally, modifications and errors can occur, usually as a result of simultaneous orders of a given product being processed on the website. In the event of an item becoming unavailable after your order being processed, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone, and you will be offered a suitable product from the site Lelysparis.com a suitable replacement or the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Should you choose to cancel your order, you can expect to receive a refund no later than 30 days from the date the initial order was placed.

Validation of orders – Purchases

Prices paid – Purchases
The prices of Le Lys Paris products are stated in euros or dollars, and include VAT (for France). All the custom fees related to your shipment will be at your own expense.

Any orders made on the site lelysparis.com must be settled immediately after the confirmation of order has been made. We only accept debit, credit card and Paypal payments.

In cases where particular products are unavailable, the relevant price of said items and associated shipping costs will be refunded to the buyer.

For reasons of security, Le Lys Paris also refuses to process any orders for which only a post office box or a Cedex address is supplied.

Shipping & delivery - Delivery deadline
For any order, we use standard delivery and indicate you the estimated timescales. The orders ship in France and outside Europe is with EMS (French post office) and countries in Europe is with UPS or the Postal service (french).
All items purchased will be shipped together in one package, with any items that prove to be unavailable/out of stock at the time of your order being indicated in the e-mail sent in acknowledgement of receipt of the order – funds for said, unavailable items shall not be debited from your account nor will they be delivered.
Shipping & delivery - problems of delivery
Our Customer Services team must be notified as soon as possible regarding any delays in delivery or damage/defects that are found to have occurred during transit. Any complaints relating to products purchased from the site will not be considered more than 30 calendar days beyond the initial date the order was received.
You have to check all goods received at the time of the delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery slip and in the form of handwritten notes accompanied with a signature), any noted abnormalities (an opened package, damaged items, defects etc.).

Customers have the right to return any item purchased on the site lelysparis.com and request an exchange or full refund for any items that they are dissatisfied with providing that the request is received no later than ten calendar days from receipt of order, providing the following conditions are met:

In the case of exchanges:
• If the quoted prices of the items selected for exchange have a value exceeding the value of the items being returned, the customer will be required to settle the difference in accordance with the current ‘General Conditions of Sale’.
• If the quoted prices of the items selected for exchange have a value lower than the value of the items being returned, the price difference will be refunded by Le Lys Paris in accordance with the current ‘General Conditions of Sale’.
Customers returning any items are required to write a letter enclosed with the original order, indicating whether you wish to exchange specific items or require a refund. In cases where an exchange is requested, shipping costs for the initial delivery are not refunded. A single exchange of respective orders is possible.
THE MASKS WHAT ARE MADE "ON DEMAND" ARE NEVER REFUND OR EXCHANGED
In cases of request for refund , and in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer, customers are entitled to request for refund for any items ordered from the site lelysparis.com providing that notice is received no later than 10 calendar days after to date of delivery. Products returned in their original state and packaging as indicated in the previous section. Le Lys Paris will endeavour to have appropriate funds refunded to your debit/credit card within 15 working days after receipt of the unwanted merchandise. In all cases, in line with your entitlement to return, refunds will be completed no later than 30 days after receipt of returned goods.

Warrantee
Our product is handmade and fragile. Properly handle and take the masks with care and caution. Le Lys Paris cannot guarantee against breakage of the masks after receipt of the goods. Le Lys Paris guaranteed only element that could be fautly.
Legal guarantee
Products sold on the site lelysparis.com are subject to the legal guarantees pertaining to the rights of the consumer outlined in articles 1641 & 1648 of the ‘French Civil Code’, as well as articles L 211-4, L 211-5 and L 211-12 of the ‘Consumer Code’.
Article 1641 of the French Civil Code:

The seller is bound to deliver a product in conformity with the contract, and answers for any non-conformity that exists upon delivery. The seller also answers for non-conformity due to packaging or instructions for assembly or installation for which it is responsible by virtue of the contract, or which it executes under its own responsibility.
Consumer Code - article L211-5:
To be conform with the contract, the product must:
1. be suitable for the purpose usually associated with such a product and, if applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and have the features that the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model.
- have the features that a buyer might reasonably expect it to have considering the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, including advertising and labelling.
2. have the features defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special requirement of the buyer which was made known to the seller and which the latter agreed to.
Article L211-12 of the ‘Consumer Code’:
Any action in connection with the non-compliance of goods which are delivered must be brought within two years of the date on which the goods were delivered.
Limitation of responsibility
